Whenever I start to boot into windows my monitor displays for maybe 2-3 seconds before turning off the display. The monitor in question is an LG model and yes the light indicator stays on without changing the color. I tried to turn off the monitor manually and then turn it on again, same thing happens before the display disappears. I've tried reconnecting the cables for the power cable and HDMI. The thing I noticed by doing that was when I removed the HDMI cable, the display was normal again (although with a no signal message which is expected). Based on that I thought that maybe the cable might be the culprit but when I restart the computer sometimes the display starts working normally again. Which leads me to suspect that it might be software related. There are also cases where the display doesn't start working normally until I force shutdown via button on my pc case. Are there any similar experiences and solutions?

I'd like to add that when monitor starts working normally again even after restarting or entering safe mode it doesn't show signs of the issue I had previously. It only happens after a long period of time since my computer was shutdown. Also my GPU is AMD RX 570 I've been using it for around 2-3 years now.
