My Laptop's too hot.

My Laptop's CPU and GPU are running very hot, I've got a 1050Ti GPU and an i7-7700HQ CPU. My CPU's running at 70-100 Degrees celcius and my GPU's running at 70-90 degrees celcius.
Is there's ANY possible way to fix this? Could it be my fan? Could it be the games/apps I've got downloaded? Could it be just bad and broken?

P.S I've factory-cleaned my Laptop before & it didn't fix the issue at all, so I wouldn't say it's from the games/apps I've got

I appreciate you taking your time into reading this.

Welcome to PCHF KallenGreg,

We are always happy to help when we can but we cannot safely do so if you are already receiving assistance on any other forum, doing so may lead to confusion as to whose and what guidance you are following which can be both dangerous and costly, decide on which forum you wish to continue and as a courtesy let the other/s know that assistance is no longer required.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, PhillPower2!

I sincerely apologize for posting the same issue on other forums, but I'm just trying to get as much help from others as possible.
Different opinions and tips could help me with my issue and help me fix what I'm encountering.
If this doesn't seem very appealing to you, please go ahead and delete it. It's totally understandable!
If not, it's very much appreciated!

Thanks for taking your time in replying to me.

No need for any apology KallenGreg, fully understand that you just want to resolve this issue but needed to make you aware of the problems that may arise by following advice on more than one forum, your thread on BC for example has six people offering you assistance and that is not helpful to you imo.

Be quite happy to take a look if you want to post a Speccy url and the full model name or number of the Dell for us.
