Today, I had to attend online class, but I suddenly lost connection and the option to connect to WiFi wasn't showing so I had to restart and after that I had freezing issues with Chrome which I mentioned earlier before I could join

Instructions here to calibrate the battery:

I recommend creating a specific power plan for this rather than editing a current plan.

I have bigger issues than old battery. This morning I opened my laptop and went open Chrome but it didn't load later when I clicked again the explorer (that process that shows all the icons, hotbar and wallpaper) crashed. I had to wait 30 minutes before it loaded again. I need help with this :/

Highest priority is to back up you data that you do not wish to loose onto external drive(s).

Here are a few things to try and get us better information on your system.

Here is one way that you can pull the log to view it.

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog
Type powershell.exe
Then press Enter.

In PowerShell, copy and paste the command below, and press Enter.
get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt

The CHKDSKResults.txt file will be created on your desktop,

COPY and PASTE the contents from the CHKDSKResults.txt file into a post.

Next download the zip file of Crystal Disk Info that way there is no install.

The final thing is lets get speccy report.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

After 3 years, have you tried to just reinstall windows? Clean install. This would probably put it back in newish condition. If this didn't help, then it's probably hardware. Only takes a few minutes, back up everything first.
