My laptop keeps going to sleep

Wow im on a roll tonight :D
I mean, omg, it happened again after 2 minutes of posting the previous reply.
It seems even *** wants me to get over with this ^_^

It happened again and it actually is the 'lid close action'

Now we completely know what's going on. It's time for a solution!

Also I'm so sorry for the repetitive replies. I dont know how to delete the previous ones so i can wrap it up in only one post.

This is a new observation and i dont know what or why is this happening or if this is the only reason my laptop goes to sleep, but here it goes:

(This part is kinda story-like and unrelated, you can skip to the next paragraph)
When im watching videos, i put the laptop on a bedside table and sometimes while watching videos i lean my phone on it and start doing different stuff with my phone. And SOMETIMES the laptop went to sleep as i leaned my phone over it or like 1-2 seconds after that.
I thought it was a coincidence.
But when you said anything is possible i tried to see if this was related and after trying different things like tapping the phone to laptop which actually triggered 'close lid action' (the screen flicker) randomly. So i thought it was tapping so i tried different things at my expose like my own hand, a book,... But they didnt do anything.
After different theories and things like this i got to this point which is the whole point of this reply:

My laptop was connected to my phone's hotspot and steam was downloading a game. So i thought maybe this is related to what is happening and i asked my friend to spam messages to one of my accounts on my phone
And i took this video while this was happening.
When i stick my phone to the front of laptop (where battery and other LEDs are) it kept flickering with my friend's messages.
Also i want to say that he sent me over 30 or even more messages which was way more than the flickers!

The video(sorry I couldnt find anywhere better to upload)

i'm at the end of my suggestions.

to recap....
it happens only when watching videos
doesn't matter which media player software is used
still occurs after fresh install of Windows
not related to power settings
BIOS has been updated

what is the current Windows 10 version on that PC?

that only leaves the actual hardware.
graphics card over-heating or just plain faulty.

otherwise I'm tapped out.....

Well, it doesnt only happen while watching videos. As you can see in the video i uploaded nothing except steam was open and i happened.

Ummm, can this be fixed if i give it to a computer repair shop and also if you think someone on this forum might know what's going on, could you tag them plz?

Also thanks for your help so far!

I'll tag some other members in the hope you get lucky.
@jmarket @phillpower2 @Evan Omo

if they can't help, hopefully they know someone who may.

it may be fixable if given to a repair shop.
but there is a better than average chance they will do a fresh install of Windows 10 as well so your gamble is that they do it somehow differently to your method.

you missed my question of what Win10 version you reloaded it with?

Did you read this?
This is a big breakthrough i think! But i don't really know how to interpret it.

yeah i did read it but re-reading it made me think of something else.
any chance magnets are a factor here - like if you phone has a case with one in, or even the phone itself.
laptops used to have a plastic button that got pushed when the lid was shut to trigger the power save feature, but some would be sexier and have a magnet system to detect the lid movement.

give that theory a whirl - cause as said earlier, I'm fast running out of ideas.

Also it happened less when i didnt use my phone's data with the phone but when my friend sent me spam messages it triggered more often.
That is why i think this could still be a software issue. It's improbable but its possible

my last roll of the dice is......

any reason you have Windows 10 Enterprise and not Home or Pro?
I'm not 100% all over Enterprise but I know from previous Windows versions, some weren't built with media player as a priority.

In both post 25 and 30 you stated you installed Windows

Windows enterprise is a version aimed at Volume licensing for business, and as such not available to individuals.
