Hard to say
I would try windows without any add ons
I also agree you C Drive does not have enough free space.
I would copy everything off and start from scratch.
And try with just Edge
Reinstall Win 10 Fresh Install

Download the win 10 tool run it to recreate the flash drive – Must be minimum 8GB

Watch this video
How To Install Windows 10 From USB - YouTube
In the video at 2:54 you will notice it restarts the computer.
When you are doing this and you get to that point Remove the usb stick whilst it is restarting.
Also if you want to setup a local account instead of logging in with a Microsoft account
Turn off your wireless network and or remove the network cable.
This point is 3.32 in the video - Choose I don't have internet.
If you want to log in with a Microsoft account then leave the network as is.

Before doing any install, it is a good idea to go to the support page for your system. Download the drivers you are going to need ie chipset, sound, video, wireless, etc. While win10 has a lot of native drivers, microsoft drivers are designed for ease of use and are NOT designed for any type of performance. Store these drivers on another usb or you can even just make a folder on your install usb when you are finished making the install usb. Copy the drivers into that folder.

When you are finished with the install, then install your drivers. Install the chipset first then the rest of them. Reboot each time when prompted.

Okay so I contacted my network provider and I managed to get a temporary solution, connecting the WAN from my modem straight to my computer, it fixed everything but then once I connected back normally it went back to being broken up in like an hour. But it did reveal it may be my router causing the problem.

@PeterOz and @Bruce thanks for looking.

If you eliminate the router and connect directly to the modem does that make any difference?

You could also try a different port on the router could be just that port. At least you found where the issues is coming from.

Why download to another system?

I copied the incorrect one for the Minitoolbox and thanks for getting it done.

I tested it out with different ports and they seem to still have the same problem, although on the top port it works for 10 minutes and then stops again. I'll try asking my provider to see if they'll send a new one

So I used the two wan cables to connect the router to the modem and my PC to the router like normal and it seems to be working now. I even restarted my computer just to check

I tried troubleshooting my network again from a guide and when I used the tracert command I got this

C:\WINDOWS\system32>tracert 8.8.8.8
