I have a new PC. I bought it 2 months ago. I mostly play games on it such as CSGO. It worked fine till last week. Now, after about 1-2 hours of play, my game freezes, and I get a black screen, some strange sound, and then it either puts me back on desktop with my game still running but not functioning, or it puts me on the Windows error screen and restarts my entire computer. If not than it just close up my game.

Have a look here see if this helps

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Speecy does not include the power supply information post the make and model

Try running the system in a clean boot read through and follow the instruction

You have to physically go inside the pc. Just open the case side and look inside the psu label should be facing you when opened.. Do have the power off..

I have a new PC. I bought it 2 months ago.
I can't it has some kind of a sticker on a side of the panel. If I break that sticker I will lose my warranty. I hope I spelled that right.
Then contact the company and see about getting the information.

since the system is new I would also contact them to rule out hardware being the issue since some of the stuff we will have you do will require you breaking that seal.

Ok I just wanted to know is it hardware or software. Its a new PC so I thought that problems were caused by me, I will contact them after this holidays. Thanks for the help.

The other issue I see is the HDD is small and running out of space fast.

Windows requires an average of 32 GB free space and 7-10 GB reserved for patches and updates. The less space you have the harder the system has to work.

Storage
223GB Patriot Burst (SATA (SSD)): 33 °C

Partition 1
Partition ID: Disk #0, Partition #1
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 7218E1B9
Size: 222 GB
Used Space:148 GB (66%)
Free Space: 74 GB (34%)

What I suggest is getting an external USB and transfer you personal data, downloads etc to is to save on space.

Disable Hibernation
  1. The first step is to run the command prompt as administrator. In Windows 10, you can do this by right clicking on the start menu and clicking "Command Prompt (Admin)"
  2. Type in "powercfg.exe /h off" without the quotes and press enter. ...
  3. Now just exit out of command prompt.
Clean the computers internal cleaner to clean up the system.

@PeterOz and @phillpower2 (2nd opinion on the RAM)

The other issue here is the RAM
8.00GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1328MHz (20-19-19-43)

You should be running at least 16 GB dual channel 8 GB is required for windows and then when any is free it will be allocated to other software.

CSGO only needs 2 gig of ram.
The cpu can handle ram running at Up to 2933MHz Click On Me
As Rustys says you are running Geil ram at only 1328MHz
your 8gig is using 53% of your ram when you ran speccy and I assume no games running.
as this built as a gaming PC ?

What other games do you run

I don't run other games. In CSGO settings I changed multicore rendering and it seemed to fix the problem. Now once in few days game just closes, without any freeze or something similar it just closes it self. My friend said that it could probably be my SSD.
