Hello!

Almost a year ago I bought parts and partial computer assembly service with it.
I was trying to get a soft-introduction to PC building as well as getting a new strong-enough computer for gaming and work.

From day 1 my computer was having issues and I'm not sure why, though I have a hunch.. the store I bought the parts from are not very helpful.

I picked the following hardware:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Tray
AMD Wraith Spire Cooler no LED
Gigabyte B550M AORUS PRO
DDR 4 16G (8GX2) 3600 CL18 DARK Za TEAM
ANTEC NX240 Case
CoolerMaster ELITE 600W - V3 - PK600W
PowerColor RX 5700 8G GDDR6 AXRX 5700 8GBD6-3DH/OC
SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - M.2 NVMe
(+ 3 More SSDs connected normally through the cables unlike the NVMe)

The store had assembled everything but the RAM, SSD and Graphics card.
and I think I screwed it up with the graphics card, the computer takes at least 2 consecutive presses to bootup (often more), it will never wake up from sleep and recently it started to shut down suddenly.

Is it my PSU or did I just not connect the graphics card correctly? that card is quite large, and I think I didn't connect it right but not sure how to figure out what the problem is.

I'm a bit worried to open the case again in fear of screwing something further, but I'm also worried about the expense (and increasing issues) of taking it to a technician to fix

Any thoughts or tips for me?

Thank you for your time.

I will give it a shot for you
If you connected the graphics card wrong it would not boot -you can boot.
How did you install the memory ? pic attached
Have you overclocked the memory -if yes set back to default.
is this your M.2 Samsung PCIE Gen3x4 2280 PCIe M 970 EVO MZ-V7E2T0 2TB
and do you have windows on that as the boot drive ? Also is it set as ACHI in the bios or raid?
If this is the boot drive (should be) disconnect all other drives.
Now for the bad news.
Your PSU is not powerful enough for your graphics card. Please see pic attached. You can damage the graphics card using under rated PSU
I will ask Phillpower2 to look at this and advise on a suitable and quality power supply

The PSU will be the main problem the other stuff is worth looking at so you get an idea of what steps to take in trouble shooting - I did not put them in to confuse you. Just to help with future builds/ troubleshooting. ( I hope you don't mind)

Cheers

Oh thank you thank you thank you.

I can boot indeed,
I did not overclock anything afaik.
I think the M.2 Samsung PCIE Gen3x4 2280 PCIe M 970 EVO MZ-V7E2T0 2TB - on the box the model number says MZ-V7S2T0 so it matches
I have windows and the OS is on the M2.
I tried disconnecting all other drives, it didn't change much.

I sadly didn't fully understand either image you show me here, but I understand that 650W only for the graphics card with a 600W PSU is bad. that's simple math right there.

Thanks again @PeterOz , I'll wait for @phillpower2 to recommend me a PSU and but it immediately.

It's all in Hebrew so I wouldn't mind if you send me a just a name/link in a store like amazon and I'll track it down and order it.

Closest to my house are these two:
