Your computer is infected with the "stop djvu" ransomware and can never be trusted again with the operating system currently installed.

There are several steps involved in removing the ransomware before an attempt can be made to recover your files. It has to be said that encrypted file recovery is almost impossible. Would suggest you disconnect this pc from all other devices, and reformat it and restore from an earlier backup you hopefully created. Otherwise a clean install of Windows would be your best choice.

Whilst it may be possible to remove the ransomware infection, your already encrypted files are almost certainly gone forever, unless you have remotely stored backups?
