I didn't because in the post tell me that my pc was configured wrong from the beginning.. so I don't know what which part I need to repair o take the warranty
 
Nothing have changed... My pc shutdown randomly, how can I contact the last person. Maybe he knows which part I need to change 🙁
 
Also as Phil mentioned,did you make the necessary changes on your pc,as requested in the previous thread?
 
Sorry but no time to help with this one, accounts need to be sorted and they must take priority I`m afraid.

Fwiw, the previous thread that I helped the OP with, there was no problems with the hardware and the cause of the trouble was that the RAM had not been set to auto overclock in the BIOS.
 
Mmmm maybe can be the ventilator? Could you help me with another problem? My rgb doesn't work correctly look
