knowing your PC spec may help.

get Speccy from here; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste(Ctrl+V) that link into a post.

next, what have you done regarding 'checked my PC for viruses' - what programs, scans, maintenance tasks have you done?
what 'other methods' have you tried, if you don't explain what you have already done, you run the risk of everyone wasting their time with telling you things you already tried.

does it happen if the PC is booted in Safe Mode?
any new programs, updates or upgrades recently?
