Also Finally, i don't see the point of deactivating windows firewall without doing anything afterwards?

You have AVG firewall.
There is no need to have two running.
How is your machine running?
I have to step out for a bit please let me, know how things are going with the machine.

FireWall: AVG Internet Security (Enabled) {757AB44A-78C2-7D1A-E37F-CA42A037B368}

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System => (ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin: 5) (ConsentPromptBehaviorUser: 3) (EnableLUA: 1)
Windows Firewall is enabled.

And yeah it feels fresh, but the issue at hand is still there. I'm thinking it's driver related.

Actually, found the file on my computer but couldn't find it while i try to locate it on VirusTotal

Enable hidden files...

To make it simple install Some Small tools, then you can right click on an empty spot on the desktop and select tools
then Show or Hide Hidden Files and Folders.

Copy and paste C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\FACEIT.sys into the search bar when uploading to Virus Total or just type FACEIT.sys
