Music Playing With PC Turned Off ?

My daughter posted a video on Facebook and it shows her computer still playing music and she has muted all the sound and even after she pulled out the power cord.
She thinks it's something Supernatural. I dont blame her becuase I would to if my system started doing this. Butfor now I think it's some sort of technical glitch. Can someone explain how this happened and why it's happening ?
Thanks

If it’s a desktop computer, with no UPS, then it will be off off (that is, not in some power-save mode) so no sound will be possible.
If it’s a laptop, even with the power cord pulled out, the battery could be supplying power for a few hours and some background music could be possible. So shut it down the normal way to stop all processes.

Where is the sound coming from?, it’s internal speakers or external ones?
Are they Bluetooth compatible - no other devices connected to them?

What was that electrical connector shown at the end of that video? Sort of looks like a laptop power supply connector which if it is the case would not stop the laptop from being powered up by the battery.
