MS Office activation problem

Hello

I have recently bought a new PC and installed Office 2013 professional Plus, which was the version I was using on my old PC. I then added the same key from the old PC, and nothing happened. It still says Office isn't activated. But a key finder app says there is a key. Can anyone help?

Do you have a sign in ?

Activate after reinstalling or moving Office

Office Home & Business, Office Home & Student, and Office Professional can be installed on a single computer. If you try to install and activate these versions of Office on a different computer (owned by you or someone else), or on the same computer after a hardware change, you might see an error message that you have reached the maximum number of activations.

This then leads to this. I am guessing it is something to do with office not being deactivated before the move
Try this Click On Me you may have to activate via phone
