And I don't know what's going on, but sometimes there is no reply box (in here). And even when I click like, it redirects me and tells me if I want to confirm my action or something. I have to wait a while before the reply box appears.

mouse is lagging more often these days and the lag time is also increasing. And I also had two BSOD with stop code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT
Can you post an updated Speccy url + upload any crash dmps that you may have.

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach Files tab.

Lets make sure there is no corruption in the file system.

Click Start< type Command Prompt in the Start search box, right click on Command Prompt and click on Run as administrator. After the Command Prompt window opens, type chkdsk C: /r and hit enter. Type Y to confirm that you want to schedule a Check Disk to run on the next restart. After the Check Disk has been scheduled, close the Command Prompt window and reboot the computer to allow Check Disk to run.

Does the computer lag even when the computer is in Safe Mode? Have you tried updating your laptop's BIOS to the latest version?
I haven't updated my laptop's bios yet. not sure how I should go about it properly. The computer lagged once I think in Safe mode. I haven't tried the safe mode again.
