Solved Mouse is Lagging on Second Monitor

Hi,

I'm having an issue where the mouse cursor is lagging or jumping while I navigate my second monitor. This only seems to happen whenever I hover over clickable elements like search bars and buttons. My main monitor does not have this issue. My main monitor is a 31.5" 1440p and my secondary monitor is a 25" 1080p. I can't seem to resolve this issue with mouse settings or display settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Adjust your resolutions on your to same and see if this helps..

You can try this as well...

And quote:
- Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings
- At the top, you will see your monitors
- Select identify to see which monitor corresponds to which number
- Left-click each monitor and drag it to where it should be (based on physical location, i.e if the physical monitor is on the left, then drag that monitor to the left)

The issue is with the signal transfer between the computer and the second display ie either the USB port or the adapter itself, quickest way to confirm this is to swap the monitors around and see if the issue still occurs when you make the present primary display the secondary display etc.

If the problem persists when you do the above test we need to know your full computer details.
