I did a reset which left the files in place and checked the mouse and it still had issues then went to settings and did a full reset so wiped everything and the issue is still there :/what sort of install?
a reset (leaving your files in place) or a reset (wipes and starts again from scratch) ?
because either should have taken mere minutes. I reset mine last weekend and Windows took under 10 minutes to install from the USB image.
Is that any different from just going into settings and resetting from there?You make a bootable Windows Flash drive or DVD and boot to it.
