Mouse and Keyboard work in BIOS but not windows

Hello, I am having a problem with my computer. About 3 days ago I got a Blue Screen and my brother was using my computer. He reseted it and when he did the keyboard and mouse stopped working. after another reset the keyboard and mouse still didn't work. The keyboard and mouse light up when the computer is starting up but once it loads into windows the keyboard and mouse will automatically turn off and stop functioning. They do not work when I plug them into other USB ports nor when I plug other keyboard and mice in but my keyboard and mouse do work on other computers but not mine so my keyboard and mouse still work but not when my computer is in windows. I've researched this problem online and I discovered I have the problem where my keyboard and mouse will still work in the BIOS and Windows Recovery environment but not the Windows Operating System itself. I don't know why or how this happens and I have tried many solutions I have found but none have fixed my problem.

I already Went into the BIOS and went into USB settings and made sure that USB Legacy Support and saw all other USB ports are enabled.

I Tried to do a system repair and my computer is unable to do that

My keyboard and mouse still do not work if I load into Safe Mode

My computer also cannot uninstall updates nor even do a complete system reset to factory settings

I also do not have any restore points to do a system restore

and no command prompt commands have been able to fix the problems with doing system repairs, uninstall updates or system resets

supposedly I seem to have corrupted files that are preventing the command prompt commands from fixing the supposed issues that are preventing me from doing system repairs, uninstalling updates and doing system resets.

It seems I am completely out of options now as every method I have tried has failed at fixing my problem and my only option left is to take my computer in for repairs as I don't know any other simple fixes to solve my problem. My keyboard and mouse now have very limited use until I can get them to work in Windows once again. I would really like to know not only how I can fix this but understand the process of how and/or why windows will disable my mouse and keyboard after a reset from a blue screen. Your response is greatly appreciated.

My Gaming PC is a TUF Gaming I Series A272A655 Windows 10 Home 64 bit desktop.

Hello

Unplug your pc from the power outlet.. Then after your pc is powered off unplug mouse and keyboard.. Wait a while maybe and 30 minutes plug pc back into power outlet and power up after pc has powered up plug your mouse and keyboard back in and see if that helps.

Hi veeg. Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately that didn't help. If only the fix was that simple but my issue is very intricate. My mouse and keyboard still work fine if I use them on another computer or only if i'm in the BIOS or Windows Recovery Environment but not Windows itself. I do not understand the process behind that or why that is but that is my problem. I also cannot do a system repair, uninstall updates or even do a complete facotry reset on my computer. I have gotten as far as using Command prompt commands to fix the supposed issues that are preventing me from repairing or resetting my OS, also booting into Safe Mode doesn't work for my keyboard and mouse either so all these suggested solutions to this issue have failed and my only options left are either to take my computer in for repairs or do a fresh reinstall of windows from a new ISO file and install it via a USB Flash drive.

Also using another keyboard and mouse on my computer won't work. nor using other USB ports on my tower.

At the cmd prompt
type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
After it runs
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and complete.)
Then again
type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
