Mouse and key, no connection with monitor to pc

Hello everybody. I recently moved into my college dorm and before this I was at home with my pc working just fine, playing games and such. When I moved in, I tried setting up my pc the same way I would normally do, all the wires are in the correct place; now my PC is on and working, my monitor is on, but it seems as if it won’t connect, as it says HDMI not found, I have tried every other port as well as different connections, nothing. Now my Mouse and keyboard are not even lighting up. I get no response from it. I tried switching my ram, I made sure it was clicked in correctly. I don’t know what to do. My pc won’t connect to my monitor and my mouse and keyboard are not functioning. Please help

Lets start with this others may have more to state.

Check the PSU make sure that it is set the proper wattage (if there is a switch).

Something may have come loose during the move. Go through and disconnect all the data and poser cable and reconnect them DO NOT force them.

Reseat all the RAM and other cards.

DO NOT do anything to the CPU.

Disconnect the power from the fans and reconnect.
