Hello fellow people my name is George and recently I built my own computer. It was not until yesterday that i noticed my motherboard bios readings being wrong. For instance, it says that my cpu is running at 123 celsius, my fan RPM are 69999, my motherboard temp is 0, also most of the voltage readings are wrong such as cpu vcore 2v which is obviously not true etc. As you can imagine I cannot control any fan speeds. Now what is interesting is that in windows all temps are perfect, my cpu is running at 39 celsius but voltage readings are way off (0.000 V). Just to mention, any readings regarding my gpu are correct, so I assume something is going on with a sensor on the motherboard, maybe Super I/O maybe not.. I don't really care about all these faulse readings my only problem is that my cpu fan speed will not change no matter what. For example when editing a video my cpu thermal throttles without the the cooler speeding up...I got a good cpu cooler ( Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO) thus it means the cooler is not the problem. I'm pretty sure that something is going on with the motherboard as many software fan speed controllers report that my mainboard chipset is not found. I assume that's the Super I/O, am i wrong??
To sup up, the main problem is that the cpu cooler fan speed is steady therefore resulting in major problems.
I really need help
Cpu: i7-9700KF 4.9 OC
Gpu: R9 290
Ram: Corsair 8x2Gb 3000mhz
Motherboard: Msi Gaming plus z390
Cpu Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO
