I bought used PC a few days ago and I tried to replace the old HDD with my own HDD.
So PC that I bought configuration:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G
CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q6600
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR2
GPU: PCI-E GA-NX72G512P2
OLD HDD: Hitachi 80GB SATA (HDS728080PLA380)
Power Supply: ACBEL HBA005-ZA1GT 300

So I wanted to replace the old HDD with my HITACHI 500GB(HDS721050CLA662) because the old one have bad sectors.

So the problem is when I connect my HDD BIOS won't recognize it. And HDD is working on another PC.

I tried switching cables and nothing. Flashed BIOS and nothing.

Sometimes when I insert USB with windows I enter the installation and installation starts and then after few percents, it shut down.

I checked online and HDD is compatible with the motherboard.

Any thoughts, I don't know what to do.
