Monitor turning purple and turning off

I started having trouble with my Samsung monitor when it would sporadically turn off during gaming. Replugging the monitor would fix the issue at first. It then started only turning half off on one side, with the same fix. All of a sudden it developed a purple tint, which at first could not be fixed. Plugging my computer into a different monitor yielded no issues, and plugging a different computer into the monitor in question also seems to be fine. I switched from HDMI to a DisplayPort, and this fixed the issue, except(and I know this is strange) when I open Gmail, the tint returns, and it is permanent for the port I am connected to. If I change the DisplayPort it fixes it until I open Gmail and that port will forever yield a purple tint. I have replaced the drivers for the graphics card(RX 570 8GB) half a dozen times. 2 out of the 6 times it has fixed it until I open Gmail, and it is back to being purple. Any suggestions?
