Sounds more like a problem with the video card, overheating and a poor power supply are two possible causes.

How old is the CoolerMaster PSU.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.

(this is a screenshot from a vista machine)

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

sorry late reply.
i have downloaded both the apps. But the speedfan app is not showing the required details. HWMonitor is showing.
I used your method to take screenshot but it dint worked, so i clicked a photo with snipping tool.

i also had provided the cpu-z screenshots if it helps you please check it.

And the psu of cooler master is new and i bought in 6 december 2019 all the parts are new accept monitor, vga cable, and hard disk.
please tell me if you want a fan speed i can give you from bios

Nothing out of the ordinary in your attachments but you do need to activate Windows and get it fully up to date.

The most likely reason why you could not take the screenshots like was asked is because you have not registered Windows so not all features will work.

Ok I will activate it. But will it fix the problem....
What is the reason behind this thing... Do you watch the video that I provided... What should I do now??

Regardless of whether or not it fixes the issue we are not allowed to help you while you have an unlicensed operating system, that`s the rules that we all agreed to abide by when joining PCHF + there is the small matter of the legal implications and Microsoft.

You mentioned a video in your OP but I've not seen it anywhere.

Ok ... Tomorrow I will activate it....just the activation part is left.... I have my old key and it is retail key so I can use it in my new pc .... So I will message you tomorrow but, please watch the video and because you will get the idea that what is actually happening with me

That`s a hardware problem and as mentioned in my reply #2 the video card, it may not be the card itself but it can be affected by overheating. a poor power supply + you also mentioned using an adaptor.

Do you have another screen that you can try or alternatively do you have a notebook that you can try your computers video cable and adaptor on.

That is as much as we can offer now and nothing more to be said here until we can see an activated OS which we will check by you running Speccy for us.

Ok thanks for this help ... I will reply you tomorrow...
I will borrow a monitor from my friend and check it ... And I will reply you tomorrow and I will attach a pic of activation of windows
