Ok, I'll begin with what happened a year ago. So, I bought new PC and I wanted to connect it on my old monitor. At that time I wasn't thinking about how I'll connect the PC to my monitor. After my new PC arrived I realized that I could connect monitor to PC only with HDMI cabble. And my monitor didn't have possibility to connect with HDMI, only with vga. So, I bought vga-> HDMI adapter. Anyway, it didn't work either. I borrowed another monitor with HDMI, and connected my new PC with that other monitor and it worked. After I unplugged HDMI cable and inserted that adapter, only then my old monitor was recognised. I remember that I wanted to solve that problem and eventually after two days, PC recognized my old monitor from reboot. I know that I changed some things in settings like power suply or something that eventually led my PC to work with old monitor.
Anyway, a year after I was moving my PC in another room and when I connected all cables, boom, same problem. No signal on my monitor. Now, I tried to solve the same problem with the same method, but my PC won't detect that other monitor with HDMI cable. And now I'm stuck.

Sorry but even with the best will in the world it is not possible for anyone to begin to help when we know zero about your computer or what you have tried already.

Tell us what you have tried already and see the below;

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

It is a custom made PC that I bought from well known tech shop in my country. It says it's B450 Aorus Elite. I'm not sure which model graphics card it is, but I know it's AMD. I would like to tell you more about it, but I can't check on my PC because I don't have visual contact with it. Same goes for other parts, but I know I have 8 gb RAM. I don't even know how to check PSU.
Only thing I did is that I moved my PC in another room with detaching all cables and turning everything off and then reconnected it. The problem is the same as when I bought new PC, only this time I can't connect other monitor, which I was able to before

We need to wait until you are in possession of the computer before doing anything I`m afraid, it is impossible to do checks and/or troubleshoot when you and the computer are in two different places.

Post back when you and the PC are both in the same location and someone will be happy to help you.
