Monitor loses signal after a random amount of time while computer remains powered

For some reason, after a while of prolonged use, my monitor will turn off randomly and display "No signal" while the computer still runs. As I am unable to turn the monitor on, I have no choice but to force a shut down. When audio plays as this happens, it will continuously stutter. Usually this happens more commonly if I'm multitasking, such as running YouTube and Discord while opening paint.net/Photoshop to do some edits. My brother who is more knowledgeable on computers believes it could be something with the GPU, such as if it's overclocking/overheating or has the wrong update. Regarding the "wrong update," it could be that I updated the driver on my NVIDIA earlier this week when I used a software that told me what drivers were out of date and could be updated. Currently I'm on Ver. 30.0.14.7381 for my NVIDIA. That update occurred on March 1st since I had some new CDs for installing software arrive and my optical disc drive did not work so I was troubleshooting to see what was the problem, and since then, I've had these random blackouts on my monitor. I also wonder if it could be something with the cable connecting my monitor to my computer, as I use a DVI cable, at least I think so since it's the white one.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:​

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.​

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

The last part of each URL is randomized, so only people you provide with the URL will be able to find your profile.

The information given in Speccy cannot be used by anyone to hack your system
