Update :

I checked with a know stick of RAM (Corsair Vengeance DDR4 LPX),
A basic Intel CPU cooler,
And applied fresh thermal compound (I used one from a brand called "WE", I don't know if this is good)

None of these fixed the problem, does this mean that it comes from the CPU ? I got to buy a new one?

Looking like an alternative CPU is going to be needed as it is the only component that has been present throughout, it may well be fine in a like for like Dell computer but as previously mentioned Dell modify hardware to suit lower power requirements meaning that the CPU is not compatible with third party MBs.

Just a word of caution, for any new CPU or one that you may be able to borrow for testing purposes, be sure to check that you have the latest BIOS that is available or any later CPU may not get recognised.

I would suggest that you get the present CPU tested before replacing it, if confirmed as being the cause, put up with it until you have the funds to upgrade to an i9 and some faster RAM.

To avoid us having to ask for an update every couple of days we will close this thread until the OP has the time available to work towards resolving the issue, PM a member of staff when you are ready and the thread can be reopened.
