Solved memory speed

I upgraded my memory from 2133 ddr4 hyper 16gb to 32gb hyper 3200...Cpu is a i7 6700 on a H110 M-R ...I set it in bios to use xmp profile 1 or 2 and it still shows it as 2133mhz if i set it manually it goes to to to post and asks me to press f1...is the 6700 limiting the speed of the memory?
any help appreciated cheers
