Looking to clone my boot drive and other m.2 both to a new larger m.2

I currently have a 500 GB m.2 boot drive with other storage and another 1TB m.2 for storage as well. I want to get a single, larger m.2 and transfer everything from both drives to the new larger drive. I don't have a clue what I am doing so any help would be greatly appreciated. The boot drive is a Western Digital Sn570 500GB and the other a Samsung 980 1TB. Ideally I would like to go with a single 2-4TB m.2
