looking for a software to block apps for certain times

Hi, I saw that there were apps in mobile to block access to some apps for certain defined time range. I was wondering if there was a software like that for windows as well. I searched but only got mobile apps results.
I have a habit of trying to open some game clients the first thing in the morning, and I want to stop this habit, so was searching for such a software.

If there are alternate ways to go about this, please do mention them.
