Hi All,
So I've recently built myself a pc using all brand new parts, Ryzen 3 3200g Processor, ASrock B450m-HDV motherboard , Evga 500w powersupply , 8gb ram , Crucial 500gb SSD.
at random times the PC will crash and loose signal to the monitor, only way to recover is to turn off by button and restart. I've reinstalled windows and all drivers and happened again, I've ran a Heavy load stress test for 11 hours and didn't crash and then OCCT stress test for an hour and didnt crash, then my son was playing Minecraft for about 2 1/2 hours and was fine , but when he went to exit back to desktop it crashed again. when doing stress tests max temp recorded was 72, so don't believe it to be an overheating fault.
latest log from Reliability report is as below. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
