One day I ended up checking the listen to on this device option in setting and it immediately started making a high pitch constant screech from the speakers I shut it off because it wouldnt stop but when I try to turn it on again the noise starts back up and it wont boot it just remains a black screen with the loading signal where the pointer is. It wont go past that or stop screeching. Please help I have no idea what I can do.

laptop makes high screeching noise and wont boot up

can you post a video of it?
could be a fan, the hard drive or the speakers themselves, but hearing the noise ourselves may help.
