Laptop can not boot up after a normal shutdown

Hello community,

I have for few weeks struggled with a problem with my laptop. I hope we have an experienced tech man/woman around to maybe solve this problem.

As the headline indicates i can not boot my laptop pc up if i shut it down normally. It means i can never shutdown my laptop. My best option is to set it on sleep
mode and if it runs out of battery i have to do the "trick" again to boot it up.
Whenever it is shutdown normally or out of battery i have to detach the battery and re-plug the battery back to make it boot up. The laptop boots up immidiatly when i plug the power suply to the laptop. (without pressing the power-on button).

Whithout doing the trick, when i press the power-on button nothing seems to happen at all. No light or fan starting. Nothing.

Quick laptop specs:
Asus laprop TP300LA
Windows 10
8 Gb. Ram.
Very fast processor. Sorry for not being able to give the specs of it here. But i might be able to find the specs somewhere if it gets necessary.
I got it changed around 2 years ago. And it was a LOT faster than my old one.

Things i have tried:

1. Updating my BIOS to the latest version.
2. Disable the fast boot-up option in my power-plan settings.
3. I have deatched the CMOS battery waited 5-10 min. and put it back on.
Everytime i have checked something i have pressed and hold the power-on button for 30 seconds before i plug everything back in.
Things i have NOT tried:

1. I have not changed or replaced any Ram blocks.
2. I have not replaced my CMOS battery.
3. I have not tested or changed my PSU (power supply unit). I bought new one few years ago. It has alwayse worked fine. And when i boot up the laptop
i can see it charges up the battery and things look fine.
4. I have not replaced or tested my battery. But i have bought a new battery half year ago and i had no issues with it. It worked and still works as it should.

Quick summery.

Laptop won't boot up after normal shutdown unless i do a "trick". Which involves me detaching the battery fully and re-plugging it in. And after i connect the
laptop with the power supply it is immidiatly booting up.

I have tried to best of my abillity to explain the situation. Feel free to ask if you need any additon information. Im not a tech-man, but i will try my best.

Thanks in advance. I really hope someone can help out here or had similar problem which they solved somehow.

You know this how ?

An unrecognised third party battery can cause the behaviour that you describe.

You will get a battery error warning but the test suggested by Veeg is the way to go.
