Hi saifoufa. Is your laptop using a regular hard drive for its storage? If so its possible that the hard drive is starting to fail especially if the system is running slow after you perform a clean install of Windows.

I would suggest that you upgrade the laptop's hard drive to an SSD if possible as that will dramatically improve the system's overall performance. Is this something that you have the budget available to do?

Hello support , no my first time when I buy the laptop it has windows 10 the original version but after I format my laptop I use USB , I flash the iso of windows 10 in USB then I reboot my laptop to boot to the bios then the same thing I click install and I deleted the old partition and i click format that partition , and this is what I do in all the 2 year when I make new install , I didn't do what you said to me , I didn't use Windows 7 in this laptop

For more additional information , I didn't use clean install or try something to optimize my laptop , I only like I said flashing iso in to USB and then make normal install just windows 10 ask me to format that partition and I do then I install it like Normal windows

i click format that partition
Which file format did you use?
You should of just deleted all of the partitions and allowed the installation to format the drive during the installation.

Have you ran anything like @Evan Omo has stated to check the Hard Drive it may be starting to fail.

Where did you get the ISO for Windows 10 N Education from?
The USB drive may be going or the install files may be corrupt.

i use Rufus to flash the iso to USB ,the iso file i downloaded from the offcial site (Microsoft) , partition format is gpt ,so after i boot to usb and the installtion pop-up i click install windows then i see the partitions then i click delete then i click to make new partition and i format it normal then i install the windows on that partition , and this is how i done during the 2 year
