Lag and ping spikes, but only in certain games... Internet works perfectly otherwise

I have an Alienware Aurora R8 computer with Windows 10 OS, and for the first 4-6 months I owned it, everything worked great. I am in a situation where I have to use WiFi and don't have an option for a wired connection, but still had no issues with gaming at all, for a while. Now, while the internet overall (Twitch, YouTube, etc...) has no issues, and some games (most notably Fortnite) still have perfect ping with no problem, two other games (League of Legends and more recently World of Warcraft Classic) have developed lag and ping spikes during the game. For League it is random 200-300ms ping spikes throughout the whole game, and similar situation for WoW with ping being great sometimes but lagging hard at other times.

This has only begun to happen in the past few months, and only in the past week for WoW. I even played some games of League this week on my other computer (laptop) with WiFi connection to test, and had perfect 29ms ping the entire time. Listed below are fixes I've tried to no avail. Help is MUCH appreciated, thank you!!!!
-Tried adjusting settings for and even temporarily disabling firewall
-Tried flushing DNS
-Made sure drivers were updated
-Pinged NA League servers to check for packet loss
-Closing other programs/processes
-Full factory Windows 10 OS reset & reinstall games
-Changed to specific DNS server addresses in IPV4 Properties
