did not work and it automatically restarts plus i uninstalled it 2 times

i could not find what you were talking about also do you know what this is

What happens when you attempt the first?
What happens at the command prompt?

According to a simple google search it is drive and or firmware for an HP computer.

it does not work. If I try the command prompt it says "alias not found" and when I do the first one it says "can't collect information"

As @Bastet asked did you try a desktop keyboard?
in Post # 6 and Post # 8 and Post # 12

Backup your data and see if a reinstall corrects this.

If not then the other thing I would suggest is replace the keyboard.
