This HP 15 notebook belonged to my son he was rough on it. He's got a new computer so this one is merely a work project I'm not interested in restoring it just getting it functional. The touch screen had to be converted to just a regular screen. I had to disable the mouse pad and now the key board or the computer, one of the two is typing perpetually +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ this addition on steroids does not occur immediately. I cannot see where a keyboard would generate thermal issues, so it doesn't make sense that this doesn't occur as soon as its running and able to, but only after it's been on a while. I got a message after running the windows trouble shooter, I forget exactly how it was phrased; I believe the gist was text services framework was disabled. I did go into devices and disable the keyboard maybe that might explain text services framework disabled. I would like to know what to do to trouble shoot and isolate where its coming from. I figured I'd buy a replacement keyboard and replace it that would fix it +++++++++ if that's where its coming from. any suggestions.
