Hi! So recently, I noticed some of my keys getting stuck once in a while, but after holding them down hard for a second they are fine. Well last night randomly the b and n keys (and I think esc as well) stopped working. I have take them off and cleaned them. I uninstalled ad reinstalled the driver. I went into the bios to see if it was hardware or software. (It's hardware) Tapping those two keys didn't even turn on the backlight so they aren't even being recognized.
The only thig that worked was pushing down on the keys extremely hard. After maybe 15-30 seconds, sometimes the letter would show up. It would work for a few seconds, and seem like everything was completely fine. but the tonight it has happened again. I push them down very hard, they work, but then a few seconds later they stop. I REALLY do not want to get a new computer...this one is 4.25 years old about - purchased in April of 2019. I rely on this computer for work and a million things that I do every day....so I'm kind of stressed out. I just held down the for about 30 seconds....it worked with the s coming out slowly and then normal as if I was holding down the key (which I was). I went to type this sentence and they stopped again. I have copied and pasted all the b's and n's on here so if I missed any I'm sorry.
ETA: a minute after typing this post, they are working ok (for now). Why is this happening and what do I do? Please help!!
