Solved Keyboard issues. Some keys don't work.

Hello.

Some keys (Q, W, E, R, U,I, O, and P, and the number pad) on my built in keyboard no longer work.

I replaced my keyboard only a few months ago (because of missing keys), and it worked fine. This issue just started happening after a reboot. Thinking my new keyboard was the issue, I replaced it again. It did not resolve the problem.

I have tried resetting, updating drivers, windows + space, and a few other online troubling, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I signed up to this forum hoping someone could help.

My computer is an HP Zook15. Thanks.

Try this and see if it works - might help to prove software. I honestly do not know how reliable it is. Or if you plug in a usb keyboard does it work ? if the same keys fail then software/driver problem

Not sure what I need to try.

I am currently using a USB keyboard, and it works fine. Issue only happens on integrated keyboard.
