Keyboard/Interface error while bootin [ASUS]

So…
When i try to boot my PC it shows me Keyboard/Inferface error on screen and i can't use anything that is connected via USB.

This error occured today when i tryed to switch from one power supply to another.

can you give us the old and new power supply specs - make/model?
was there a reason for replacing it? old one died or needed more power for video card?
all the cables the old one had, the new one has as well AND they are all connected?

Well it's complicated to describe what happened, but i replaced power supply of 430W for power supply that has 400W and i am thinking that is the problem. I fixed that first power supply (430W) but now when i start the PC his fans are spinning but nothing shows up on screen and i dont hear beep sound.

all sounds a bit dodgy....
hopefully you are qualified to fix such things, or at the very least, have a good understanding of electronics.
a power supply isn't a trivial item to tinker with. especially when 430w units can be had for $AUD50.

first up, 430watts is small for most of today's PCs, but if it's old or doesn't have high power needs, 430w may just be fine for that PC.
giving some PC specs will help there.
but not only have you downgraded to a smaller wattage supply, you have also 'fixed' it - that is going to need further explanation.
was it just a fuse or fan or something more serious like a bulging capacitor?

When i downgraded to a 400W power supply just things that are connected via USBs didn't work (keyboard, mouse, D-Link etc.). Now when i put that power supply of 430W (original from that Computer) i hear that clicks from hard disk and fans are spinning but there is no image and there is no beep sound so i think that error is in power supply that is not working well beacuse it's a little bit old or something?

P.S. I use my PC alot.

I'd guess the 430w is more than 5 years old.
I don't know what went wrong with it, or what you have done to fix it, but it sounds like (from age if nothing else) that it wouldn't hurt to get a new one.
as said before, they are very cheap.
try and get the best your budget allows, so look for the Silver or Gold Plus certified ones.

You need to post a full list of parts so that the appropriate PSU can be recommended.

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.
