Is it wired or wireless? Brand and model#?

On the problem PC:

Download Speccy.

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download

How to post a Speccy shot 😀

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Also, include your PSU (Power Supply Unit) specifications.

Does it happen when you remove the Xbox Controller from your USB Port?
Also, if you are getting delays when gaming there are a lot of un-needed connections that could cause lag.

A lot of MS uploading Telemtry:

Code:

You could block that with SimpleWall

If you do not use Edge then>>>EdgeBlock

O&O Shutup Ten
Move it to your documents folder.
Right click run as admin.
Go to actions, apply all settings.
Create the restore point when prompted.
Follow thru the prompts, and reboot if needed to apply the settings.

GeekUninstaller >View Microsoft Store Apps -- Remove anything you do not use, including one drive and Cortana.

To Clean Temp Files>>>>System Ninja

Edge blocked seems to have helped is it a permanent fix?

also the delay would happen both with and without the controller plugged in

The setting to block will stay until you reverse it.

Is the issue completely gone?

Have you completed all the steps?
