Keyboard and mouse disconnect randomly

Whenever i listen to bass boosted music or some kind of ear raping music my mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting , i was searching for solutions but nothing could fix it.I had this problem earlier and i fixed it with going device manager then USB then unchecked everything.There was written Allow windows to turn off this device to save power i saw that in one tutorial and I fixed it now i have got that problem again and I dont really know how to fix it.Guys i need help so if could anyone have time for me :D.Im not computer noob but I really dont know how to fix this

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the MB and add on video card if one is used, providing these details will enable us to better assist you.
