I recently picked up a new internet extender and dongle that supports the 5ghz signal and whilst my internet is largely now more stable with a much lower latency. I find I am unable to join online games due to the fact that my internet immediately disconnects. Only reconnecting when either I disconnect and reconnect quickly (only temporarily before it stops again) or when I close the game.
Some examples I’ve tried are League of Legends (game opens and all champions load in, my ping lists itself at around 30-40 ms and then will not update, I am also unable to move or buy items etc, disconnecting/reconnecting restores gameplay for about 5 minutes before freezing again), Rising Storm Vietnam 2 (Internet disconnects), Minecraft Modded Server (Internet disconnects until game closed) and Post Scriptum (Internet disconnects until game closed).
