Issues with dual monitor Windows 10

Hello all, First post, so be gentle with me.

I've been running a dual "monitor" setup for the last few years with a Samsung S22E310 60Hz Monitor as my primary and a Samsung LN22A450 TV as my secondary (Planning on upgrading to an actual monitor at some point in the future, but bills come first). I had everything set up, and it was working fine for years, however, upon moving my PC to another room, my PC will only display on one monitor at a time. This issue is odd to me, as it was working fine before I moved it, so clearly I did something wrong. I've already done the basic troubleshooting of turn off pc, reseat cables, swap ports, swap cables, ETC. The most strange part to me is that I can get the monitor or the TV to display, but I cannot get both to display at the same time. It will only display on one at a time if I'm using the HDMI slot in my GPU (PC Specs below). The onboard Mobo HDMI and 3 Displayport GPU slots refuse to send any signal. I've tested my GPU, it's still registering in Device Manager, and games run fine, so I don't think it's fried, but this issue still persists. I run the S22E310 through a HDMI cable straight into the GPU, and the TV through an HDMI cable with a Displayport adaptor on the end plugged into one of the three Displayport slots in the GPU. I've tried running the HDMI from the TV straight into the Motherboard HDMI slot, and still nothing. When it's completely disconnected it says "Check Signal Cable.", and when it's plugged into the PC it says "No Signal.". It's set to be reading HDMI, so that shouldnt be an issue. Drivers for both GPU and Win10 are up to date.

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated, I apologize for the word spaghetti I'm sure litters this post, I'm irked that I'm having trouble is all. Thank you in advance!

Edit 1: If you need any more info, let me know. I consider myself rather tech savvy, so I should be able to oblige. Just couldn't figure this one out myself, so I'm bringing in the big guns.

Welcome to PCHF Caelum,

Have an idea of what part of your problem is but we need the exact specs of the items below to be able to confirm it.

Can we have the brand and model name or number of the MB, the PSU and the RX 5500 XT.
