Solved Issues when PC starts up for the first time

I am having the following issues when my PC first starts up:

- I cant move my tabs around in Chrome.

- In Chrome the volume control does not go away when there is sound playing in Chrome

- Windows key does not open the start up menu (other win functions work ie, Win + I)

- When text is highlighted, it only highlights half of the text

- Cannot change songs in Spotify, next song / previous song do not work, pause and play button works, cannot change songs by clicking on them. Songs will change only when the song has ended.



I have already tried upgrading my sound drivers and running the windows startup repair but nothing seems to work. Sometimes all these issues fix themselves after I restart my PC a couple hours after usage. Any help appreciated.

This only happens in Chrome, It doesn't happen in firefox or Edge. I tried reinstalling chrome but the problem still exists.

Things that I have tried:
Reinstalling Spotify
Switch my USB ports
Updating my drivers
Running Windows startup repair

Unfortunately, none of these have worked.

I currently use a filco majestouch 2 for my keyboard. There are no media keys
As for chrome, I am talking about the volume button with the media keys on the top left of the screen.

I have also tried clearing all cache and settings within chrome.
When highlighting text, I would double click on any line of text and it would highlight only the end half of the text. This issue occurs everywhere (chrome, ie, firefox, and even folder URLs)
For spotify I am talking about the app itself.

As mentioned earlier all these issue will eventually fix themselves after waiting a couple of hours and restarting my PC. I am starting to think that a program that runs on startup might be causing this issue.

I think I found the issue. I had this program called MicMute that would run on startup. After disabling it all my problems were fixed.
