Issue with graphic card(s)

Hello.
I have a desk top that has two cards , 1 is NVIDA GEFORCE 9400 GT and the other in there now is RADEON x300/x550/x1050 and I have 4 monitors . To make this short 2 out of the 4 screens video capabilities work normal the other two are slow and choppy. The two that work fine are the RADEON card and appears the NVIDA GEFORCE card isnt making video good. What can I go to make it work good ? I allowed the pc to supposedly up the drivers and it just made it worse. What happened then was every action hangs up for eternity.

Hello. Thank you for your reply. I don't have any money to do anything at the moment. I was hoping someone could direct me to what I may do to get it working more efficiently.

btw the tower has 4 outlets for the 4 monitors , 2 on each graphic card if thats what you meant .
