Is this psu enough for my config?

To answer your question NO that is not a powerful enough PSU for that system.

See if this explains better to what you need to get.

and the way to tell if the brand is good quality is to see what warranty they offer.

if it's 12 months - run away.
5 years - cheap and nasty but will probably do the job.
7-10 years - not only do they build their gear to last but they back that up with a massive warranty.
examples: eVGA, SeaSonic, Corsair.
