In answer to your question, how long is a piece of string ?

Levity apart, you have asked a question on a tech forum but have provided zero information about your hardware, if there is anything wrong at all there could be multiple reasons.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Can you not quote every reply or post multiple replies.

I will check your Speccy report and come back to edit this post with the findings, please do not post again meanwhile.

Edit to add;

Adding a second screen can raise the temps by up to 10 °C so you having three displays hooked up your cooling fans are having to work harder to keep the temps down, this suggests that your fan behaviour is to be expected/normal, suggest that you get yourself something that will allow you to set your own fan curve.

Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Computer type: Desktop
Installation Date: 09/01/2021

After installing Windows did you install the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first.

RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1799MHz

Your RAM is being overclocked past what your CPU is comfortable with which is 3200MHz, you need to manually set this to the correct speed in the BIOS and not allow XMP to clock it to 3600MHz.

Has the BIOS been updated to the latest version for your Ryzen 5 5600X

will i lose a lot of performance setting it to 3200MHz?
I just installed all the motherboard drivers and chipset one.
any suggestions on what to get to set fan curve?

Just to make sure how do i check that i am on the latest chipset what i just installed

You missed answering the above.

You will not lose any performance, the CPU is what dictates the performance of the other hardware and if the RAM clocks too fast it will do one of two things, cause BSOD and/or cause instability.
I just installed all the motherboard drivers and chipset one.

I take it that this means that you did not install the chipset drivers as soon as Windows had been installed, this is a must as the chipset is what enables all of the other hardware to communicate with the MB and CPU.

When possible you should always use software provided by the maker of the MB, in this instance you can use MSI Afterburner using what is provided normally prevents things not working properly.

everything seems to be alot more stable, and i have disconnected my 3rd monitor and just going to keep that connected to my consoles.
and if i have any problems in the future will i just post here?

thanks for all the help never would have known any of that since im a newbie

the cpu clockspeed does have little spikes where it dips down to 3600MHz and goes back up to 4600MHz its mostly flat at 4600MHz though this is all normal right?. this is at idle with my web browser open

If you have a web browser open the computer is not idle, quite the opposite in fact, you have Windows running, drivers being installed, the browser itself running, the AV and other security checks being done, the list is endless, you only need to check your Speccy report here to see what is running at idle, check the amount of Services and Network Shares that are running.
