Will I have any issues with the configuration of components for the PC attached below? And please suggest me a good cpu cooling fan and ups for it.

My suggestions;
  • RAM works better if there are 2 sticks, so consider getting another 16GB or switch to 2 8GB's
  • The extra 1TB HDD would be better at a least 2TB, and for not much more money
  • The power supply is not the best. Any power supply unit certified 80+ Gold (or better) and offering at least a 7 year warranty (preferably 10), and you can’t go wrong. For example, ThermalTake ToughPower GF1 or GF3 ranges, Cooler Master, Antec, Corsair RM series.
  • Lian cases while excellent, tend to be overpriced as you pay for all the bells and whistles. If this is something you want to spend your money on, fair play, but personally, my money would be better spent on more RAM, better PSU, or extra storage, for example.
  • As to UPS, all depends on what you expect it to do. You have to pay more to get more minutes of run time if there is a power loss. But you really only need enough time to save your current work, and maybe do a quick backup, so a few minutes is plenty. And the entry level units last for at least 3 minutes. If you only want the incoming power to be cleaned, than any UPS will do as the incoming sine wave gets cleaned before being sent to the attached devices.
  • If the processor comes with a cooler, they are fine for everyday use, even light gaming. Almost any decent after market cooler will be fine for heavy gaming. Price is usually a good indicator. I've used Noctua fans and have had no issues. Also get some good thermal paste.
