Is there a way to gain more information on a device in my network?

Hello! I have recently noticed an unknown device on my home network. I have its mac address and a producer name. I have reasons to believe that this is one of the neighbours and that he was gaining unauthorized access to my resources.

Is there a way to gain more information on that device?
Is there perhaps a tool (windows/android based) that could let me measure radiowaves transmission level and locate whether that device is closer to one wall or another?
Anything that could help me better identify him?

Thank you!
