Is it possible to run two 4k monitors separately despite only having one HDMI port?

Hello everyone,

to start, this is my setup:
WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200rpm 64MB 3.5 Inch HDD
Corsair VS Series™ VS550 80Plus 550W PSU
G.Skill DDR4 Aegis Gaming Series 3000MHz 1x8GB F4-3000C16S-8GISB
Samsung 860 EVO Series 250GB MLC 2.5 Inch SATA III SSD
ASRock B450M PRO4
ASUS USB-AC53 Nano AC1200 Dual-band USB Wi-Fi Adapter
AeroCool Corporate Series CS 103 M.ATX
AMD Ryzen™ 3 3200G 3.6GHz 4M 4 Core 4 Thread 65W AM4

In terms of monitors,I currently use one AOC U28P2U 28" 4K through the ASRock's HDMI port and one older 1080p Dell monitor through the ASRock's VGA port. Now, I want to replace the latter monitor with another 4k AOC U28P2U monitor. However, my problem is that my setup as it stands only has the following graphic outputs: HDMI, DVI-D, D-Sub (one of each). The AOC monitor has two HDMI ports and one Display Port 1.2.

Now, my question is whether there is any way I can run a second 4k monitor with my setup or whether I would need to upgrade my motherboard/graphics card in order to do so. I am thinking whether any sort of adapter would allow me to add a HDMI port or transform one of the current other graphics ports into a HDMI port. I would want to be able to run the second 4k monitor separately (i.e. I am not interested in mirroring with a HDMI splitter) and at the same resolution/hz rate as the first 4k monitor.

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!
