Internet speed problem

What speed are you paying for?

What speeds are you getting?

Have you rebooted the modem and router?

Did you ever follow the instructions in Post # 5 and what were the results?

Have you tried moving closer to the router and or modem to see if it improves?

Are you sure that you are connecting to your wireless and not some one else's?

Have you tried resetting your network settings?
